The driving gears are high quality bevel gears. The high speed gears are quenched and ground. The basic body of drawing capstan is mid-carbon steel, coated with tungsten carbide, which has high hardness and long service life. Either the coiler or the double spooler or both these two can be arranged according to customers requirement. Motors for main drawing machine, coiler, and double spooler are controlled by SIEMENS driving controllers. PLC for whole line control, using imported man-machine interface, makes it easy to give operation orders, to view the running status, to regulate technical data. It also has function for fault diagnosis. The annealer is designed as horizontal inclined type to reduce height and to operate easily. Helped with an outstanding electrical following system, the optimum annealing result of wire can be guaranteed. The specially designed air duct simplifies the ear part of annealing wheels, which is easy for daily maintenance.
